T系列 適用于50T-4000T
T系列機(jī)械手臂用于200-4000噸的各型塑膠臥式射出成型機(jī),3軸~5軸AC伺服驅(qū)動(dòng),
同時(shí)取出產(chǎn)品及水口，上下手臂結(jié)構(gòu)分：單、雙截式,T系列機(jī)械手臂適用于高精度，
高速度的取出與埋入，響應(yīng)速度快，定位精度高，應(yīng)用于快速取出或多樣的取出與埋入應(yīng)用。
T系列配置和用途:
YUBAO大型伺服橫行式機(jī)械手臂T系列；主要應(yīng)用在400-4000ton的各型臥式成型機(jī)。各軸驅(qū)動(dòng)使用高性能的AC伺服馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)，，具備超高速的取出時(shí)間1.5秒、全循環(huán)時(shí)間在12秒以內(nèi)，高定位精度重現(xiàn)性達(dá)∮0.15mm，程序具有可教導(dǎo)性，可依據(jù)動(dòng)作需求彈性的設(shè)定動(dòng)作，具備高性能的取出特性。應(yīng)用在成型周期短的各項(xiàng)產(chǎn)品取出應(yīng)用，或是應(yīng)用在較復(fù)雜的自動(dòng)化場合。 有 YBT800~YBT3000機(jī)型，手臂型式有：單/雙節(jié)型，并可以增加副臂用于三板模的應(yīng)用，上下行程在800~3000mm。超快速的取出大幅提高生產(chǎn)效率。 Yu leopard type intelligent servo horizontal large mechanical arm T series is mainly used in the 400-4000 ton of each model horizontal molding machine.
