工作原理/Works

本機工作部分為刀盤。高速粒子在撞擊齒板后部分被粉碎，經(jīng)吸風抽出，而較大粒子則繼續(xù)撞擊、粉碎后被抽出。這樣減少了刀盤負荷，提高磨粉效率，又能使粉料得到均勻冷卻。

溫度低是該機的主要優(yōu)點。按熱功當量：每小時工作后轉(zhuǎn)換為860千卡熱量。本機為外抽風，風量達50m3/kw，由進、出口風溫差，帶走大部分熱量。少部分熱量由水冷卻解決。要求:冷卻水的進口溫度不大于25℃，出口水溫不大于45℃，夏天適當增加冷去口水流以降低溫度。
