產(chǎn)品用途:
GF系列塑料管材生產(chǎn)線主要用于生產(chǎn)農(nóng)用給排水、建筑給排水、電力通訊、電纜導(dǎo)管及線纜敷設(shè)等方面各種管徑、壁厚的塑料PVC管材。

Application:
GF series plastic pipes production line is mainly used in producing variousdiameter and varied wall thickness pipes for water supply and drainage ofbuilding and agriculture. As well as electric communication,pavement ofcables etc.

性能及特點(diǎn):
該機(jī)組由錐型雙螺桿塑料擠出機(jī)、真空定型臺(tái)、牽引機(jī)、切割機(jī)、翻料架等組成;可以根據(jù)不同規(guī)格的錐形雙螺桿塑料擠出機(jī)、GF系列輔機(jī),生產(chǎn)不同直徑的管材;真空定徑機(jī)根據(jù)需要配有2—3段噴淋冷卻系統(tǒng),真空泵和牽引電機(jī)均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品,牽引采用變頻調(diào)速控制,牽引機(jī)有二爪、三爪、四爪、六爪等牽引方式;切割機(jī)有鋸片上下式切割和行星環(huán)繞式切割,設(shè)有自動(dòng)定長(zhǎng)切割,機(jī)組性能可靠、生產(chǎn)效率高、操作簡(jiǎn)便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

Characteristics and performance:

The machine units mainly consists of conical twin screws extuder, vacuumcalibrating and cooling case,haul- off unit,cutting unit, stacker etc. Differentdiameter of pipes need varied model of conical twin screw extruder and auxiliarymachine.Vacuum calibrating case has 2-3 segments cooling system upon demands,both vacuum pump and haul-off motor have applied excellent products.Haul-off unit have appliced AC import inverter. The drawing machine containstwo-claws type,three- claws type,four claws type, six-claws type etc. Cuttingunit has up and down cut and planetary cut type. Also including automaticcut in fixed length. the whole line warks relibilityhigh eficiency ,convenientoperation.
