1.鋸切端平整、不崩邊、不斷層，鋸座結(jié)構(gòu)合理，所有配件均機(jī)床加工，鋸切精度有保障，鋸切主機(jī)成熟，穩(wěn)定，整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)高溫?zé)崽幚?，確保長時(shí)間使用不變形。
1. The sawing surface is flat and smooth, not collapse, the structure of the saw blade seat is reasonable. All the parts are machined, the sawing precision is guaranteed, the sawing blade motor is mature and stable, and the whole structure is heat treated at high temperature to ensure long-term use without deformation.
2.配置永宏（FATEK）PLC控制系統(tǒng)和穩(wěn)定的東菱伺服器，穩(wěn)定、精準(zhǔn)、定位精度保證在±0.02mm，伺服系統(tǒng)反應(yīng)速度快，機(jī)器操作簡單易懂，普通工人均可操作。
2. It is equipped with FATEK PLC control system, with advanced and stable DORAN servo,stable and precise, the positioning accuracy is guaranteed to be ±0.02mm. The servo system can fast response, the machine is simple and easy to operate, and ordinary workers can operate smoothly.
3.多板同時(shí)鋸切，鋸片前進(jìn)速度可達(dá)0-60M/分鐘可調(diào)節(jié)速度，后退速度可達(dá)100M/分鐘。工作時(shí)，形成閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng),鋸片后退的同時(shí)，機(jī)械手已把板材送到位，鋸片不停來回運(yùn)動，保證鋸切效率。
3. Multi-sheet sawing at the same time, the advance speed of the saw blade is 0-60 m/min, the retraction maximum speed can be reach to 100 m/min. When sawing, it will form a closed-loop control system. While the saw blade is retracting, the manipulator has sent the sheet to the position, and the saw blade keeps moving back and forth to ensure the sawing efficiency.
4.整機(jī)成熟穩(wěn)定，防塵效果好，壓梁前后均有防塵設(shè)施，鋸片運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)鋸屑不飛揚(yáng)，上下均有吸塵設(shè)施，維護(hù)更方便。
