PVC異型材、扣板生產(chǎn)線系列
PVC plastic profile,skirting board production line

產(chǎn)品用途:
PVC異型材生產(chǎn)線用于生產(chǎn)PVC門窗型材、裝飾型材、各種異型材等PVC異型材生產(chǎn)線用于生產(chǎn)各種規(guī)格的塑料扣板。
Application:
PVC profiles extrusion line is used forproducing window profiles,decrationprofiles,all kinds of profiles etc.
PVC skirting board production line is usedto produce all speficications of skirtingboard.

性能及特點:
整條生產(chǎn)線由錐形雙螺桿擠出機、真空冷卻定型臺、履帶式牽引機、切割機、堆料架組成。
真空冷卻定型臺配備有真空泵和水循環(huán)節(jié)能冷卻系統(tǒng)，定型臺設(shè)有上下、左右及前后移動裝置和傾斜微調(diào)裝置，吹水裝置可以干燥制品和保護牽引機履帶免腐蝕;根據(jù)制品截面的大小選擇4M,6M, 8M等長度的定型臺
牽引機履帶由橡膠條組成，可以保護制品表面光滑度;配備有左右和上下覆膜裝置;牽引速度和切割移動速度保持同步。
切割采用西電子PLC編程控制;高轉(zhuǎn)速的鋸片有效地保證制品截面的平整度和無裂縫，切割長度控制精確;切割機上配備有吸塵回收袋。
Characteristics and performance:
The extrusion line consists of conical twin screws extruder, vacuum cooling calibrating case,caterpillar type tractor,cutting unit,stacking shelf.
Vacuum cooling calibrating case equipped with vacuum pumps and circulating water saveenergy cooling system.The case set with shifting instruments of up and down, left andright, forward and backward, as well as adjusting incline device.Blowing water equipmentcan dry products and protect caterpillars of tractor from corrosion. The case could bechosen 4M, 6M,8M length as the requirement of products sections.
Caterpillar of tractor consists of rubber blocks which can protect the surface smooth ofproducts.The tractor equips with laminating film instrument.Tracting speed and cuttingshift speed keeps synchronization.
Cutting unit controls by Siemens PLC program which can control cutting length accurately.The cutting unit sets with suction bag.
The whole line could be controlled by Siemens PLC program system.
