| 煉膠機(jī) Application:The mill is used for rubber. 用 途：本機(jī)可供橡膠的塑煉、混煉、熱煉和壓片用 結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)述：本機(jī)主要用輥筒、機(jī)架、軸承、調(diào)距裝置、加熱冷卻系統(tǒng)、事故停車裝置、潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)和電氣控制系統(tǒng)等部分組成。主電機(jī)經(jīng)減速機(jī)、驅(qū)動(dòng)齒輪及速比齒輪驅(qū)動(dòng)輥筒相對(duì)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。 特 點(diǎn)：1、輥筒用合金冷硬鑄鐵制成，工作表面具有較高的硬度，耐磨耐用。輥筒內(nèi)腔可通入蒸汽或冷卻水以便調(diào)節(jié)輥筒的工作溫度，以滿足煉膠工藝的要求。 2、輥距的調(diào)節(jié)為手動(dòng)，調(diào)距準(zhǔn)確靈敏。 With Way:The this aircraft mainly for the rubber plasticization, the mixed iron-smelting, hotly builds up the use.
