FB-R 轉(zhuǎn)盤式多組分注塑機(jī)
轉(zhuǎn)盤式雙色注塑成型設(shè)備，適用于雙色及多色產(chǎn)品，包括汽車燈殼、民生用品等。鎖模力涵蓋160-1900噸。
具有以下優(yōu)越特性：
*轉(zhuǎn)盤轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)與模盤不接觸，避免磨耗造成故障。
*由伺服電機(jī)控制轉(zhuǎn)盤動(dòng)作，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)間可縮短50%以上，速度切換更平穩(wěn)。
*專利轉(zhuǎn)盤定位夾具，定位精準(zhǔn)，確保模具壽命。
*配合產(chǎn)品插入功能，亦可成型三色、四色產(chǎn)品，擴(kuò)大使用范圍。
本次展會(huì)將展出FB-230R轉(zhuǎn)盤式雙色注塑機(jī)，以30秒周期全時(shí)段演繹1模1腔雙色水果盤生產(chǎn)實(shí)況，體現(xiàn)「精準(zhǔn)、高速、穩(wěn)定、多色、異材質(zhì)」之應(yīng)用科技，滿足多樣化塑料注塑產(chǎn)品需求。
I ntroduction：
It is rotary table two-component injection molding equipment. It is suitable for two-component and multi-component products, including automotive lamp housing, livelihood supplies, etc. With its clamping force ranging from 160 tons to 1900 tons.
Characteristic：
◆When the rotary table rotates, it does not touch the mold plate to avoid wear and tear.
◆Rotary table controlled by servo motor could shorten rotary time by more than 50%, with more stable rotary speed switch.
◆With accurate rotary positioning clamper, it protects the mold.
◆With the product insertion function, three-component and four-component products can also be molded to expand the scope of use.
In the exhibition, FCS will display FB-230R Rotary Table Two-component Injection Molding Machine, which will produce 1-Cavity dual colored bowl with a production cycle of 30 seconds on site, to showcase FCS's application of technologies for "precise, high-speed, stable and multi-component manufacturing with different materials" to meet the needs of diverse plastic injection products.
